Herbert Leser hasover 30 years experience in powerliftingand organises regular masterclasses at ATC Sports Luxembourg. He also organises powerlifting tournaments in Germany and the Netherlands. If you are interested in participating in such an event , contact us. 





 Steffi Weiskopmy outdoor gymmy outdoor gymf is the owner of My Outdoor Gym offering functional outdoor training, weightlifitng, trail and ultra trail runnning, long distance biking, mountain biking and other outdoor sports training. Steffi has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years and can offer support and guidance towards acheiving the best path for you for a long healthy life. Steffi is passionate about training in the fresh air with her 2 well trained dogs. My Outdoor Gym has been a member of LuxStrength since the beginning of the network and has helped us organise our Strongman events in Luxembourg 




Power, Speed and vertical jump specialist - Lazaro Bahia can help you jump higher, run faster and become stronger. He creates bespoke programs for athletes and individuals at all levels for all goals. He is serious about coaching and has no time for entertaining clients - goals must after all be acheived with a scientific approach. He is a big strong man but a softy at heart. Jaimie Lee, is a fitness fanatic and now the owner of a crossfit box in Luxembourg. She works hard both at work and in the box to create a strong base to be able to participate in strongmans and other crazy fitness events. She has been a member of LuxStrength since ATC created the network and together we try and promote and encourage the Luxembourg population to participate in strength and conditioning programs.



Clair-Louise Walsh offers power yoga classes to help athletes maintain strength and flexibility.  Clair

amps up her yoga practice using body weight, tackles tight spots, and challenges even the mightiest of athletes. Clair-Louise loves to mix up and develop hybrid yoga workouts that combine yoga with weight training.

She ups the reps and lengths of holds in certain positions to attract the hardcore workout group at ATC and encourage them to practice yoga for strength training. Power yoga master classes are offered at ATC sports on a regular basis. Contact us for more information.
